AVERA

About

Built for women who train with intent.

AVERA started from a simple observation: strength, mobility and recovery are usually sold separately. We put them in one room, on one timetable.

Founder of AVERA

Founder

Élise Moreau

A certified Pilates instructor and strength coach, Élise taught across Montréal for over a decade before opening AVERA in Mile End. She wanted a studio where a reformer session, a heavy kettlebell and a cold plunge felt like parts of the same practice.

Founder name and biography are placeholders for this concept.

Our approach

Movement and recovery, planned together.

Reformer work builds control. Strength training builds capacity. Breathwork, stretching, heat and cold give the body time to adapt. Our instructors plan each week as a whole, so the sessions support one another.

Values

Precision

Small classes and specific cues. Every movement has a reason.

Progress

We track load and skill over time, and plan the week accordingly.

Balance

Hard sessions and recovery are scheduled with equal attention.

Respect

Your body, your pace, your goals. Instructors adapt; you never have to.
